How do i find my superbs colour or colour code?

Featured Replies

my poor superb has had a rough week this week

4 flat tyres on monday, (then on tuesday i had some train troubles!)

anyway, yesterday the 3rd piece of bad luck arrived.... a wagon carrying a pre-fab home on the back decided to quite violently pullout to overtake another wagon, in doing so the back end of his rig flicked out and chucked a block of wood all the way over to the 3rd lane on the M1 where it hit my car....it struck the nearside A-pillar.... it could of went through the windscreen!

its gouged two deep cuts (at the bottom of 2 sharp dents) right into the metal. so i need to cover them up with a touch up kit from halfords before i have the funds to get a proper job done.

typically Halfords dont stock the skoda metallic blue.. (they stock al the other colours ive seen the Mk1 superb in tho) they said if i get the code, they can make up the paint. where do i find what paint code my car has?

Don't go to Halfords, the dealers are actually cheaper for a touch up. (they will also know the correct colour code)

(Which blue is it the dark blue = Deep Sea Blue, or the lighter blue?)

Colour code should be marked on the VIN plate in the engine bay matey, or on the sticker in the manual. (4 character code)

Here this is the only pic I could find but at least it gives you a starting point. Besides, give the vin no to your dealer and they'll figure it out for you.

How on Earth do you end up with four flat tyres btw?
