Stream Radio Question

I have the above standard system with the climate control.With it switched on, the time and outside temperature are part of the display.With it switched off the display (as you would expect!) is blank,except when the CC settings are changed when the setting momentarily appears.

So, my question is, can it be arranged so that with the radio off the time and temp are still displayed?....and,perhaps the CC settings as well?
