Hi folks,

Driving to work this morning and was doing about 40mph when I got this strange buzzing/ticking noise from behind the dashboard or somewhere that direction anyway (not related to road surface/rattles). To describe the sound, it was like putting a piece of paper into the blades of a spinning plastic fan - strange I know!

It lasted for about 30 secs and then disappeared - anyone know what it could be?! It was a constant speed at a guess maybe 5hz.

Oh, forgot to add, I DO NOT have climate control so its not that! And aircon was not on either.....

Could be exactly that (ish). Could have been a dry leaf dropping into your heater fan or a toffee wrapper sucked up on 'recirc'
