Just wondering if anybody can help me

the yellow steering wheel and ! mark have come up on my lights and also the steering feels heavy and lumpy

from reading the forum this sounds like it has happened before on many fabias

what is the usual cause and is it expensive to fix

i am at uni in nottingham so if anybody thinks they can help me any help it would be greatly appreciated.
