new seatbelt

Featured Replies

Passenger side front seatbelt decided to stop working on the weekend, it doesn't retract back in anymore:thumbdwn:

I contacted two local dealers and they want approx £170 !! to replace it when it's in for it's service. Does this price seem about right? seems a lot to me?!!

I know this seems pretty obvious but take a cotton bud and a bit of fairy liquid and wash the eyelet that the seatbelt threads through! Worked for me and many others on here, does it retract if you have some slack on 'the other side' of the belt?
