flashing glow plug help

hi got a flashing glowplug light on dash have rang skoda and said it could be brake light switch changed that but light still comes on it only seems to come on on the motorway anybody got any ideas before i take it to skoda for the to check on computer £49.95+vat thanks peter

Read this thread, and check the brake light bulbs as well. Anything else is just guesswork, I'm afraid.

i was going to say brake light switch malfuntion.......or possibly a glow plug failure......thats the trouble one warning light says hundred items grrrrrrrrrr.......hope you get it sorted

all done it was pdf fluid low cost me £46.00 inc vat from skoda thks

incidentally sike 1963...how many miles has yur superb done?

hi there sike 1963...thanks for your reply...i just wondered what your mileage was, as i was wondering when the dpf fluid tank was due for replenishment...it seems that from previous posts, 80k miles is the time to get it checked out.......hope you dont get anymore issues regarding the dpf !
