Installing a TRW steering rack instead of KOYO?

Hi,

since I have to change a faulty KOYO rack in my vRS I've got an option to have a practically new TRW rack with it's pump fitted.

A quick google search tells me that TRW and KOYO are the basically the same company.

Just how smart is to do this refit, should any complications occur?
