Fabia 1.4 elegance Won't start

Featured Replies

Recently been on away holiday for 2 weeks so the fabia has been sat on thh drive. On my return I moved the Fabia off the drive onto the road and it was fine. Tried to start it today (2 DAYS LATER) and it won't turn over. Is it flooded? or is it battery related? No issues prior to holiday so hoping this isn't anything serious. Didn't have time to try and jump start it this morning - does anyone think this would be worth a go?Any advice would be much appreciated

How old's the battery? My wife's wouldn't start intermittently last year (battery would go flat overnight), and while the jump leads would get it going and it would run fine for days or weeks at a time, it continued to occasionally go flat. It turned out the battery was on its way out - although it was 7 years old!

Battery is just over 3 years old.....could be a problem?I guess a jump start won't do any harm to check?
