Snowchains for Fabia SDi

I have a Fabia 1.9SDi and was thinking about buying a set of snowchains (tyre size 165/70 R14). Last year I could not get up the local hill twice due to snow (my Fabia does not seem to cope with any depth of snow).Can any one recommend a make of snowchains? I have also seen the snow socks but I cannot find an independent review of them as to whether they are any good.
