Found windows down and doors unlocked?

Featured Replies

Hello all, yesterday morning I found my 55 plate Superb with all windows down and all four doors unlocked. I used to have a Passat about 10 years ago that sometimes did this, I never knew why. It is the first time my Superb has done this though. It would be a shame if the windows opened overnight and the car got full of rain without me knowing. Anything in particular to look out for that might be causing this? (There is no water under the carpet by the way, but the coincidentally the interior lights packed in a few months ago except the two in the rear cabin).

Nope, happened while I was asleep in bed. The Passat did it a few times while I had it, never knew why. Thanks.

It's the Node Resistor in the back passenger foot well, i've just repaired the one in my car, had the same problems.

Wow, what on earth is one of those when it's at home? Thanks.
