Hi, guys just wondering if lowering springs off a mk4 golf will fit my mk1 vrs estate?

They may fit but i would'nt recommend them mate, will be the wrong poundage there's not many aftermarket springs that fit the vrs, h&r and weitec are about the only ones.

What springs are they and from what model golf?

As has been said , no the ride quality will be rubbish

But H&R are spot on for the hatch and estate

I have a brand new set of vogtland springs which lower by 20mm,its a long story but had ordered these and took 6 weeks to turn up,so ended up with h+r springs,give me a shout if your interested.
