15 Year Old Mx5 Came Up Nice

Featured Replies

Well - I say "nice" - It's an improvement on how it was. Some areas of worry though which are quite hideous to be honest.

This is a reflection off the boot, not a shot of the sky.....

And after doing said boot and after a DAMN rain shower.... some beading

However, some seriously worrying cloudy areas which I'm keeping well clear of. Note how clean reflective paint merges into "crap"

Very tempted to experiment with wet & dry on some of the cloudy areas.... The owner of said MX5 is on here and might read this! :giggle:

Cloudy areas may well be strike through if it has clearcoat. Nice result in any case. B)

Try some wet and dry on a small patch and see what happens. It'll be respayed at some point anyway..

Hello

I still can't drive this thing without grinning. :D

Top down today as the rain was nowhere to be seen. B)
