Which ipod adaptor for mk1

hi all been meaning to ask this for a while and wanna get it before xmas, i have a mk 1 octavia vrs and it has the sat nav mfd unit in it, thing im askin is that which one on x car links site would be the one for my unit they do 2 that you can use the cd changer 2.... they do an 6 pin and a 8 pin and u can have optional bluetooth?? has anyone got one and can tell me which one to get thanxs ian
