Whats the lastest version of the sat nav in the Fabia, because I keep seeing version "D", then version "G" etc, whats the difference & which one it fit as standard into the Fabia and what else would I need to get it working, just the interior arial since all the connectors should already be there (obviously a seperate CD Changer), and where would I get the CD MAP and how much is it?

I don't know of the superb has the same OE satnav unit as the fabia. It may be worth kindly PMing stopan1j as he has it in his superb as has the latest discs / databases and stuff.
