Outlook problem

Featured Replies

I am trying to move my Outllok setup to another PC via a .pst file.

I seem to be able to back the mail file up on the origin computer by selecting the inbox and ticking the all sub folders box when I export the pst file. The file export box seems to be exporting all the sub folder - I can see the names flashing up with the progress bar.

But when I import on the other PC the file stucture is missing as are a lot of the emails.

both systems running Outlook 2002.

seem to recall struggling over the same problem last time I did this but can remember hope I fixed it in the end. any help appreciated

It usually 'just works'. How big is the PST? They frequently play up if > 1GB in size?

thanks, I was just being an idiot

I had the view set to "outlook bar" and was only seeing the Inbox. Switch to "folder list " that I usually use and all was revealed :D

Pst is pretty big as I have zillions of contacts in it. Achived a lot of emails recently after I was have bother Outllook opening.
