well i think tey arethe chrome plated covers that go where the higher spec models have their headlamp wash........or it could be a snazzy pair of sun visors

They are Headlamp Washer Covers as detailed above by bond007 but they are the same caps whether on Xenon or Non-Xenon lamps............
