Odd wiper problem

Featured Replies

Just finished stripping down the linkage, it was seized, and a warning, put the nuts on before you hammer the f*** out of it trying to move the spindles. had to saw off the ends as i had nicely trashed the threads on the end.

They were moving really smoothly no problems, then went for a drive and they stalled. All i was doing was running through the settings.

I am guessing, and wonder if anyone can confirm this, recently i fitted some new wipers, wipers

When i fitted them i thought they were taller than the Bosch Aerotwins they replaced and when the screen is dry the wipers are noticeably slower, i am wondering if the extra drag might be a bit much for the motor and this led to the stall?
