Well , as most of us know , the Fabia was launched in the UK in March 2000 , so some of the cars will be celebrating ten years on the road this year! How many of my fellow Briskodians have Fabias reaching their tenth birthdays? Also who has the oldest MK 1 Fabia on the forum?? Mine was registered on the 29th Feb 2000 , (no doubt to help the dealers targets for that particular month!) I've seen several other V reg Fabias , some of which are bound to have been registered earlier than mine! Mine is still completely standard , right down to the MS402 Radio Cassette , and will be staying that way for as long as I own her!

ONe above looks good for a 10 year old. Most of the older ones I see look a lot worse than that.

Thanks for that , I do try and keep any car of mine in a good condition , washed and waxed regularly with Meguires products. She only has 46K on the clock though so thats probably why she's still in decent nick , 29,5K on when purchased 4.5 years ago. If I resist the temptation of a vRS SE untill mid June this year I will have had it for 5 years and thats double the time I've kept ant other car. I might go through all my bills ect and do a 5 year review of my time with the car ,as , apart from one or 2 things , it's been a great car for me.

Getting my X reg fabia on sunday!! ill post some fotos 59K top of the range and all wit FSH for 2k... not bad for a car near 10 years old!
