I've one fitted to my L&K. Never used it so far, though may be useful if you carry a baby in the back.

The Sun Blind is on the parcel shelf not the side windows, blocks the sun from the rear window. I have it and will be using it in the summer.

You can still see out the rear window when its down.

Had one fitted from new, 2006 Octy, and have not lowered it since, also have side blinds on the rear windows from new and never taken them off either. Great for rear seat passengers and young ones as they realy do reduce the heat in the car on sunny days.
