Firefox - Live TV

Featured Replies

Just received this 'Tip of the Month' in an email from Uniblue.

Has anyone got this? Are there any catches? Is it any good? Technically illiterate when it comes to these things, so I thought I'd ask from those who might know!

Thanks in advance.

Watch TV directly from

your Firefox browser

TV Fox is a Mozilla plug-in that lets you watch TV from your Mozilla Firefox browser. More than 2780 Live TV Channels are sorted by country and category (many made available free by the channels).

TV-Fox is powered by the biggest and most up-to-date database (Google – Wikipedia – YouTube – Torrent – eBay and Amazon Search engines included). This app installs a simple toolbar that enables you to search and select TV Channels of your choice.

Note that you must have Windows Media Player Firefox Plug-in. If you do not, you can get it here.

In order to use it, <A href="http://links.unibluenews.com/ctt?kn=9&m=34555548&r=MTU0NTA3MzUzMwS2&b=0&j=NjQzOTA0MzcS1&mt=1&rt=0">install the toolbar and restart the browser. Once installed, you will see two TV icons on the toolbar. The blue icon lets you search TV channels categorized as per country and the green icon lets you search TV channels categorized as per types. Just select your favorite channel and enjoy watching it!

This is completely free and hence comes with a caveat that any channel may or may not work at a given point in time. With so many options, you are sure to find one channel which works and which you like!
