Featured Replies

All,

Today we launch the BRISKODA blogs, these are going to replace about 4 forum that are currently used to track project developments, news and so on. We also see quite a few what did you do today threads. All these can be handled in blogs quite well.

Don't get too hung up on the title blog, it's a generic term.

Initially anyone can comment on the blogs, but only freedom members may start one/ create one. This is get the system bedded in with users before expanding it.

You can get started with blogs by visiting your My Settings link to access your control panel.

From there under Your Options you will see a new link blogs.

From this link you can create and maintain your blogs. You will have for the moment a limit of 2 blogs.

You can either link to a remote blog if you're already blogging or start one. With the allowance of two you can also have a specific project blog should you wish, but they are for you to use as you wish.

You will also be able to assign other members on the site as editors of your blog. Should you be co-working or sharing info, then this is a great way to make it easy to spread information.

In time we'll open the system up to cater for uploads, polls and more. Today is launch day, tomorrow is the future...
