EXHAUST SYSTEM FAILURE

Featured Replies

Hi my dealer told me today that a recall letter was on its way and he was certain it will be an update for the exhaust system failure. Hope so although my light has stayed out since they scanned it and put it out.

My light was reset by the dealer, but came back on again, then reset itself four days later and has stayed off since – I wonder what the fault was/is?

Just been reading on the French forum that (if the Google translate has worked properly) the sensor in question should be clipped and screwed into place but the Factory have not been fitting the screws by the sound of it, hence the warning lights.

Hi just called in at my dealer and he has done a software up date for the exhaust system failure. No other problems apart from software took about 30 min to do

Further to my earlier Exhaust System Failure warning light problem:

Following a call from my dealer saying there was a 'Recall' on this, my Yeti went in at the end of last week.

The Job Sheet showed;

"2412 Campaign carried out". I queried what was involved and was told that it was a software upgrade only.
