HELP please estelle spring info needed

Featured Replies

ok guys i need some info please, an estelle rallycar that i built a bit back has been invited to goodwood festival but the owner wants some taller stiffer springs as it is set in tarmac trim now and its going to be rough, can anyone tell me the length and diameter of the std 130 front and back springs so he can get some made to fit.. i would usually just go and measure some of my stock but i am still on cruches so cant get there.. or does anyone have an old set of forest springs kicking about. (i used coilovers on mine so no good for him)

cheers guys

hi there fellow skoda fan i have some info here from a czech sight says the fronts from '82 to '84

Front: 102mm internal diameter and height 304mm spring thickness is 12,5mm these were the type m suspension so all are relatively the same for later models.

Backs: 113,5mm internal diameter and height is 436mm spring thickness is 12,5mm this is '84 and beyond.

Hope this helps.

Cheers Phil
