Got a second plan

Featured Replies

Sup people my mum is getting me my porsche twists for my birthday but ask if I wanted another set completly different but I don't know if the will fit.

The spec of the other wheels are :

18x8.0"

PCD/OFFSET : 5x100 ET 35

Tyres : 225/40R18

she found these wheels herself and wrote down these details and said they don't do them in 17's so what do you guys think will they work and being 18's will I still be able to have my coilovers pretty low?

Thanks for the help.....

Not with those tyres you won't. "Perhaps" you can get away with it if fitted with 215/35 R18 tyres....

I could prob get the 215/35R18 tyres just think the ride will be harsh as Fu*k and is it alrightto dive about 35's I would say that's a really low profile I just wanna make sure my furby is not sitting high after either!

when i went the porsche wheels route i found it hard to get good advice.

i'm running 16 x 8 on the rear with 25mm adaptors and 16 x 6 on the front with 20mm adaptors using the standard 205/45 tyre size.

mines is also VERY low,

you will not get away with any wider tyres or you will destroy your rear arches and mine rub the front arch liners when i hit slight bumps.

if going to 18's you will have to be extremely wary of how low you go compared with tyre widths.

i remember seeing a car on here with 18" porsche twists, it was fairly low too but i dont know what tyre size he used or adaptor widths.
