Do any owners suffer from resonance on the TDi when cold when pulling through 1st and 2ed gears ? Standard tune and in Bluefin tune ?

a bit more info would be useful. I do know there was a noise from my gearbox and a notchyness 1st to 2nd which was fixed under warranty ... new synchro ring and change of gearbox oil ... engine is now a bit quieter, although the PD105 is a noisy bugger at the best of times.

Your right there it sure is a noisy bugger , Glad its not just me who thinks so I think Skoda have skimped on the sound proofing compared to VW or Audi cars ? Now this resonance is at certain RPM when accelerating through 1st and 2ed gears but when the engine is up to full temp it goes away, difficult to say where from exactly and as its only done 3500 miles its still pretty tight - I am loathed to get the dealer involved at this early stage, both my TD Laguna and Focus suffered it in different ways.........
