Nothing on RossTech wiki for that fault.

Basically the car is Idling very high (circa 1250-1500rpm)

The only thing i have done is put a new battery in it that i got from the VW dealer nearby so its the correct battery as was done by part no.

Couple of questions

Where are the

Check Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

Check Wiring/Connector(s) from/to Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

And where it says leak in the Air Intake system is that literally from the EVOMS to the Turbo or is it also including the route taken by the gases as they come out of the turbo to the Throttle body? (i.e turbo outlet, intercooler, intercooler piping and throttle body hose)

Help would be appreciated as car is due MOT in a few weeks and will no doubt fail if thats not fixed

Turns out it was a small problem

I had a hole in this pipe. Just replaced it and all is well

Had a look on ETOS, the throttle valve adapter is bolted to the underside of the intake manifold. I guess the control module is bolted to the side of it.
