Featured Replies

Hi All

Got this warning light pop up intermittently and I haven't got a clue what its meaning is,any ideas would be grateful, thanks.

Fabia I,100bhp,diesel elegance estate(2005).

Sorry its not to clear.

Different instrument panel to mine and not particularly clear but it looks like the "rear seat back not up" warning light that comes on to tell you the car seat back isn't latched properly - and hence the seat belt won't be fully functional. Obviously it doesn't matter when it's down for load carrying. Comes on as a reminder at start-up.

+1 for rear seat squab not upright. Although in the picture it looks like someone break dancing in a sleeping bag. :D

Mine doesn't have that light but you do get a rather nice sounding 'BONG' when you unlatch the rear seat.

If you have an owners manual, it should tell you if you read it (RTFM). If not you can download it from a link in one of the sticky threads on here.

As mentioned above, it looks like the rear seats are not fully secure and back in position.
