Single touch central locking drivers door only?

Featured Replies

I have a FL Octavia "S" bought new in December. The problem is i had an after market remote locking fob (Cobra) fitted and got my dealer to change settings on car to activate the 1 press all doors unlock system. All worked perfect for the first couple of weeks then went back to unlocking only the drivers door. I have been back to the dealers and they have reprogramed and worked again but keeps happening. It happens out the blue and not after i had been doing something. Any ideas why? Can i do something myself without going back to the dealers myself?

Regards Kyle

I had a TOAD aftermarket remote fitted to a classic estate, but the remote only wouldn't work the second blip to open all doors. Had to upgrade to an alarm with remote unlocking, which works fine (been in for about 18 months now). The installers did some research at the time and did come back to say that fitting VAG aftermarket openers was tricky (as they'd found out with the basic opener) and many don't work properly.

Unfortunately, can't help you with the Cobra system though......sorry.

Ok no probs.... As i say it does work after the dealer does something but then seems to revert back...... Not really a prob. I wish i'd spent a little more and got the the next model up but for a taxi its hard to justify it.
