Width and ET problem

Featured Replies

Hi guys! hoping for a spot of help from fellow enthusiasts! I have a fabia which has been lowered on coilovers but has had no arch work done does anyone know if a 15x7.5 ET25 wheel will fit flush on the arch? or is it going to stick out too much? Trying to work out as working on my stance and have my eyes on some revolution RFXs! cheers folks

Should be fine, get some 195 tires and should sit pretty flush with arch B)

with the 195/50/15 or even 185/50/15 will give you more room to play with. but you shouldn't have any problems.

Based on your stock wheel setup, your new wheel will have: ( i just used standard vrs alloys for this. but there all about the same)

THE SAME clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 26mm

cheers for the input mate so im guessing the original wheels are pretty embedded into the arch? so the new wheels sticking out the extra 26mm will mean them sitting flush on the arch? I dont want trouble with police but I want as wide wheel on it as possible and the rim to be perfectly flush on the arch...cheers mate

certainly wudnt say the oem wheels are embedded in the arch..
