I have an 07 Octavia VRS, in the cold weather the car mists up,it has been in to the garage for an "end of warranty" check, they have cleaned out the heater intake and polun filter, but it is still doing it, any ideas.

Does anyone have any of the 18" wheels that were available until recently, they are polished alloy rather than the painted wheels, the local potholes are creating agro, the wheels are very soft and I would like a spare wheel in case I really damage another wheel. Anyone got one in good nick..

The car is an ex Skoda UK car, it has all the Skoda toys on it, the Sat Nav is hit and miss, a Tom Tom is more accurate..

Hi; and welcome to Briskoda; unfortunately I think all the Octavia's mist up I'm afriad. I think it's a trait of the car. Both the MkI and MkII do it. My mum's old Audi A2 used to do it too so I don't think it's just a Skoda thing. You may want to check out the for sale and wanted scetions of the sight in regards to the alloys; the wheels are "Zenith's"; check out flea bay out too of course!

Edit; I find my Skoda Nexus sat nav better than any tomtom I've had; which have all broken! But down to personal opinion of course
