how to pm ?

do you have to have a certain about of posts before you can pm ?

Click on the down arrow, where it says "signed in as gtineal" above in black and a "messenger" option pops up where you can compose a new PM

Alternatively you should be able to click on a username which brings up their profile, which then has an option to "send message" - which is a PM.
