i have had them fitted for a year now! had to replace the rear bump stops recently but apart from that they have been great. they transform the ride quite alot and imo it handles much better. ride is hard but not overly hard, once your used to it wouldnt bother you!

thats my opinion anyway.

oh and the green springs go well with the calipers! :giggle:

that i dont know, i paid someone to put them on! When my rear stops were replaced that was done at dub and they supplied vw stops so i would presume they were the originals and thats why they needed replacing- being 6 years old rather than one. Try mailing sarah from awesome on here she might know sorry i cant be any help.

Great kit!

They now have yellow springs though as Weitec changed the colour at the start of this year.

The fronts come with built in bump stops but you need to use your standard ones for the rear.

AP are also an option if you didn't want to spend as much but they aren't as good as the Weitecs.

Give me a shout if you'd like any prices.

If the springs are now yellow are they just the KW ones, as KW manufacture Weitec??

HI

yes , KW own AP

As for them being better the V-Maxx , I could not say as I have had no direct details with that make

But Weitec`s are great quality

They dont come with tbump stops , but when my Fabia needed them , we just got OEM ones

Not that expensive to be fair , or as has been said , just chop a bit off the ones you have on

I left mine on , then got them replaced later , it was not a big job , and when you flutter your eye lashes jobs get done ;)

cheers for your honesty there sarah, im heading towards the weitec i must admit , ive never had coilovers before, how hard are they to setup camber/ride height etc

cheers mark

I am going get the springs powder coated in green when i get them

This is not going affect them in any way is it

Thanks

Nope, i'd leave them yellow though and save my money lol

You won't see them unless you bend over- - if you're that way inclined though...

That is true will never see them

Just hope i get the odd pair that are green

i got a quote from local alloy wheel repair guy said do them for £30 :)

I'm going to get Ap's or Weitecs next month, not too bothered on spring colour but I would get a Rear anti roll bar changed to green :)

You won't see a green RARB unless your under the car cleaning it every day either :giggle: . I have a Jabba one in green and it stayed green for about oooo a week? before turning road cud brown

Oooh you guys , you do make me laugh

Green , Skoda Green I hope

As has been said though , the rear ARB is superb!!!! still love mine

Still got a couple of sets in stock with the old colour scheme of green springs if you prefered green to yellow.
