Where has the oil sticky gone?

There used to be a sticky listing all the oils that could be used when the car is on a long life interval. Where has it gone?

I'm all out of the dealer supplied stuff and so need to pop to Halfords on Monday. Is it VW504 I need for a vRS PD TDi engine?

I tried searching for oil and it came back with 10000000 results so thought it quicker to post this and risk the wrath or the forum :D
