Disconnecting battery does not reset readiness markers

Featured Replies

I have tried disconnecting the battery with the aim of resetting the learned values in the ECU. The first time I did it for about 10 minutes and joined the cables from the battery together. The second time I pulled all fuses related to engine electronics for over half an hour. I noticed each time the readiness markers were all there and also throttle adaptation seemed to be already done. Is there something I am missing?

Many thanks :)

Have you tried clearing it fault codes with a scan tool? Even a generic obd-II tool is capable of clearing the readiness monitors.
