Squeaky driver side window

I first noticed this at the end of last summer but didn't bother doing anything about it.Problem is when i put the driver side front window down or up it squeaks.It only does it when it is warm,i did it this morning nothing as its quite cold yet yesterday when it was alot warmer i looked like a right prat with my squeaky window and its quite loud too.Any suggestions on how i can cure this??

Open the window and spray some of this down the side channels.
