More vrs wooows

Featured Replies

Ok iv started to get more weird noises. ... Well ok I'm mabye startin to hear them. When drivin around slowly you can here a pss pssss psss comin from front left shocker.... Any ideas? I can't replicate it when I'm out the car and bouncin on car car..

Again is this the norm or a trip to the stealers?

Might be stating the (very!) obvious, but you're not mistaking that noise for the new induction noise from your BSH?

At light throttle it will give a gentle 'pshhhhhh' sound until you lift off, when you will hear a very faint blow off sound. Comes from the left hand side of the car from the drivers side too :)

Nar its no where near boost when i drive

I cant here anything when boost kicks in cos of the throttled goose under the bonnet

But say 2-5mph rolling down the street you can hear the pss pss pss as it rolles over bumps, seems to only come from near side front

My 2006 vRS has done this since I got it (about 6 or 7 months ago now).

I assumed it was just the shocks doing their thing?
