Disc's + Pads

I need to get my front Disc's + Pads changed, maybe the rears too (but i've not given them more than glance so maybe not if i'm lucky??

Anyway - On the front I can get Padgid discs + pads for £80ish from ECP (and the same combo for the rear is £70ish). I've rang my usual VW indie (Bedford Street Motors in Gloucester) and another one (DG Auto in Kiddy) and so far the best price I have is £160 for the front and £135 for the rears.

£80 labour to do the front discs/pads and £70 for the rear seems like a lot to me?? I really don't have the time nor can I be bothered to buy winding tools etc that i know you need for the rears so... Can anyone reccomend a garage in the Worcester/Gloucester area??
