Help! I have a 2010 Octavia Elegant TDI (140) My problem is regarding the air con. When I turn on the air con it appears to go into recirculation mode, i.e. new air is not been drawn into the vehicle, the local dealer says there is no problem on the diagnostic print out, but expressed surprise at this happening, my previous Octavia (2006) did not do this when air con was switched on. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Prehaps you should try basic settings in VCDS which will reset the flap motor
