Octy 1 VRS Locking Wheel Nut... All the same?

Featured Replies

Are all of the octy 1 vrs locking wheel nuts (i.e. the one that's splined out and requires a tool in the socket to remove it) all the same on all vrs?

I.e. would a tool from another work on mine? Its a very simple design after all.

I've lost mine to top off my worst week of car ownership.

Anyone?... This is quite an urgent issue. Thanks.

Unfortunately there are at least 10 different locking wheel nuts keys for your car so you need to use the right one. Do you have breakdown cover?

I was in the same boat a couple of weeks ago, lost the key after changing a puncture at home in front of my garage.

searched high and low to no avail so ended going to Skoda and bought a whole new set of locking nuts, but guess what, 3 days later the old key rolls out from under my trolley jack!

The dealers should have all of them in stock, so surely you could get a locking nut from them?
