Smart phone deals

Featured Replies

I am looking for a smart phone (n97 mini, htc desire etc....not too worried about minutes or texts (200 of each would be plenty) but would like unlimited access to the internet,

Quite happy to pay up £100 for the phone to keep the monthly price down ....does anyone know of any good deals going please

TIA

If you're not too fussy on the handset, you should be aiming for £20 a month or under inc. U/L internet (well, 500mb quota) - which I think is cheap compared to what I've paid in the past for service.

I got that sort of deal in November on Vodafone and my wife has recently got a similar deal from Orange. The phones weren't top of the class but are smartphones and were free

T-mobile have some in store deals on the desire.

Have a look here on T-mobile:

Samsung galaxy portal (Android based) with 300 minutes, 300 texts unlimited internet and flexible booster (could choose unlimited texts etc) for £20 a month: Galaxy Portal

They also have loads of other deals on smartphones with similar tariffs.

T-Mobiles U/L internet has a 3gb quota (I think) whereas Orange and I think Vodafone only give 500mb. Not sure how much normal browsing uses though.

When you have it, you'll use it. I can easily hit a gig a month.

Genearl browsing and net 500mb should be fine. Only an issue if you like videos and streaming music on the move.

Depends how much you use it really.

The most I have gone through was 1GB in a week! But that was some seriously heavy browsing and downloading music, videos and apps etc.
