and it showed me a few faults.. a couple with the abs,.. 00285 ABS wheel speed sensor front right(G45) static open/short circuit to positive, :smirk: does this mean the ABS sensor needs changing or cleaning?? I also got 01316 which means ABS module no communication I guess this will sort itself` out when i fix the 1st fault?

also this came up on the engine scan... 01274 means air flow flap positioning motor, static/faulty what does this mean?? :smirk:

any info/help much appreciated.

ok I am going to attemp to replace the abs sensor on the front right wheel, is this classed as the speed sensor aswell? also how hard is it to do as the cable looks quite long??

Hey man, you may get more of a response posting this in the diagnostic section fella. There's a few boffins lurking around there that'd probably be more able to help. Especially with error codes etc.

If the car isn't showing any fault's in the normal way, i.e on the MFD, I'd be a bit wary of this reader unit if it's telling you there are fault's and they aren't showing through the normal way.
