Pipework Diameter?

Hi, I just tried to measure my stainless pipe from intercooler to Allard EGR blank, and got it at 2".

I measure the diameter of the Allard EGR kit, and got 2.25"

I'm measuring as I want to change the piece of silicone that joins them ( The 90 degree pipe, I currently have a blue SAMCO and I want a Black Samco)

Does anyuone know the correct diamters, as the ones above seem wrong?
