Help valuing the fabia

Featured Replies

Due to changes at work im seriously considering trading in the Fabia for something more boring and that i won't care about if i do silly mileage in.

The Fabia is a vRS Special Edition (no. 201) with 7200 miles on the clock, the car is near perfect with the only issues being one chip on the front bumper and some outstanding warranty work at the moment. The bit that is making it difficult to get the car valued is that it was registered in April 2009 and sit's on a 09 plate.

What should i be expecting for the car, i will be going to some dealers over the next weekend to see what they say but would like a idea before hand to allow me to haggle.

retail 10k ish...trade 8k ish....

imo

Sounds about right. I'd go for the middle of those two values and push for a private sale. Especially with the limited run of cars and the low miles on yours (it's barely moved!)

Good luck
