I have an embarrasing situation where I have had my superb for about two months and when I went to check the oil level, I was unable to pull out the dipstick! To be honest I do not know if it is pulled straight out or does it have to be twisted to the left or right before retreival. What concerns me is that if I choose the wrong option I might end up breaking the dipstick and then have to buy a new one. I do have the manual but it just gives information on the oil level and nothing on the extraction method of the dipstick itself. Any info at all would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The dipstick just pulls straight up, no twisting is required.
