Double DIN facia adapter needed

Hi all

I've got a Fabiva vrs Special Edition (07 plate), and have fitted an after market satnav/radio etc...... i've removed the old unit and I orginally bought a universal facia adapter, but after taking it in/out a few times for different reasons to get behind the new head unit some of the small plastic tabs that fix it into the dash have broken, so I need a new one.

I never liked the universal one, so would like to get a proper on, but can only find an Autoleads DFP-20-02 that 'should' fit, problem is, it doesn't. the tabs dont line up properly.

Does anyone have the proper part number for the double DIN Skoda satnav surround, that should fit. My local dealer is not very helpful and cannot find the correct part number.
