Dealers yes, that's one option. What you're basically doing is buying 4No. full size spare wheel rims.

Or look out on the forums, eBay etc for a set of steel wheels from a Golf Mk4, Bora, New Beetle, Ibiza Mk4, Polo 9N etc (which will be 16" and 5x100 with a suitable offset). They often come up, as people perhaps upgrade to alloys on the lower models. For the Golf/Bora/Beetle you'll need to change the tyres, if they come with any, as they'll be 205/55/16s and the wrong profile for the Fabia.

And no, if by Van they mean a Transporter, or a current shape Caddy - then they'll be 5x112, and therefore the wrong PCD. You need 5x100.
