Just got insured for my modified Octy vrs, Brentacre were £150 cheaper than anyone else My link

Had a quote for our Octy 2.0 tdi vrs 11 months old from our insurer AA at £650 or their best offer of £505, up from £360 last year. Went on line and got exactly same cover from the RAC for £305, so my advice is to get online and do some serious price comparisons.

Insurance companies work on many different things, like your address.

So someone that lives on the other side of the country will get a completely different price!

Best thing to do is just phone round, do your homework and if you get a decent price, try to see if the others will beat it, and keep trying!

As stated... keep shopping around.. use price comparisan websites for a start with .. then call directly .. maybe you will get it cheaper?!?

By using Comparison Sites, it leaves a trace on your credit file (So I have found to my disadvantage when trying to get a mortgage!)

Becareful how many you do! I did loads as I was looking for a new car!

Was a simple question and it dos'nt hurt to ask, there mite have been someone who knew the perfect company for my needs.
