Just got word today from Skoda UK that the dealer we were buying our SM through has gone bust. :'(

So far Skoda UK have been very helpful in providing us with information and transferring the order to another dealer of our choice but as delivery was supposed to be only 3 weeks away we are now a little concerned and unsure if we will see our SM on time.

Will have to wait and see what the new dealer says but it was allocated a build slot at the end of June so hopefully we will still see it shortly after.

At least SUK has the order which is a start I guess, was really looking forward to having our new car soon.

Oh well, fingers crosssed

It was Norman Fairweather in Dundee, our order has now been switched to Specialist Cars in Aberdeen

Hope that it all turns out ok for you.

Maybe the dealer went under because of all of these people walking in with drive the deal quotes:o

We got good news this week, our Yeti is still on track. Our new dealer in Aberdeen and SUK have been fantastic in helping us sort this out and we now have a confirmed build date of WK26 for our car so hopefully not long now until our SM is here

That's great news and at least amongst the 'poor' comments about SUK in other areas they seem to have got it together over this issue. :yes:
