Bikes

Featured Replies

I have read other threads on the forum about the Skoda bike carrier, but only being an intermittent cyclist I was reluctant to buy it. I am doing the London to Brighton bike ride with my son next weekend so need to get 2 full size bikes in the Yeti for transport to the start.

I have just experimented with my bike and with one outer back seat dropped fully against the front seat and the front wheel off (bike not Yeti!) it just fits, I have then secured with a bungee cord to the Yeti's excellent lashing points. To get my sons in too I will need to remove both outer back seats to give a bit more space; leave the middle one as a separator (judiciously padded to protect my precious Gobi leather) and put one bike up each side.

Another example of the Yeti's excellent versatility!

We need pictures Noige!!!
