The other day i was looking on ebay and i found some eibach lowering springs the bloke selling them was based in bradford (where i live) so thought what the hell i will bid on them luckly i won them so the next day i call him up and arrange to collect them from his work. When i arrived he came over and his first words where "i raced you on the moors and i couldnt keep up" abit puzzeld i said did you? then it came back to me that a few weeks earlyer i had been up in manchester visiting a mate and on the way back over the moors i had a vRS in front of me we had abit of a toy over the moors then when we got to the slip road i moved over and pulled off into the distance i could tell it was std compared to mine and quickly lost sight of him. :giggle: he then said he was selling his vRS and getting a typeR he looked abit shocked when i said mine was remapped to 178bhp and 285ft-lb and that was why he couldnt keep up. B)

I got the impression he thought his wasnt running right as i was so much quicker just hope that wasnt why he is selling up maybe he will now have secound thoughts :yes:

I just assume everyone else with a vRS is faster than me because;

1. They're running a Stage III remap

2. They're actually trying ;)
